Carbon Saver were appointed to produce the early stage Planning report for the technical, environmental and economic feasibility of high efficiency alternative energy systems, including decentralised energy supply systems , energy from renewable sources, cogeneration, district heating or cooling, and heat pumps.

​This report helped to obtain Planning permission for this historic site offering feasible solutions for a low carbon energy efficient building at optimum capital cost.
