​Carbon Saver were appointed by Lancashire County Council to Prepare an IES VE dynamic simulation thermal model to demonstrate compliance with Building Regulations “Approved Document L, Conservation of fuel and power, Volume 2: Buildings other than dwellings” and “The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012” for the proposed Longridge High School Expansion building.

The building modelling also included building performance calculations and results for heating and cooling loads, daylight calculations, natural ventilation calculations and overheating or thermal comfort analysis.
