in 2016 The Plimsoll Building also known as P1 was completed as part of a 67 acre development site at Kings Cross in central London. The building comprises 13 floors and 255 Apartments.

Carbon Saver undertook SAP calculations for each of the apartments. SAP stands for a Standard Assessment Procedure and is adopted by Government as the UK methodology for estimating the energy performance of planned domestic buildings. 

Carbon Saver also used our engineering expertise in dynamic thermal modelling to optimise the efficiency ratings of building thermal elements, saving the client an estimated £53,000.00 in fabric costs.
