Carbon Saver were appointed to undertake 3D thermal modelling using IES VE Pro software to provide Part L Compliance and the ND EPC for this new medical centre in South Wales.

Using our building services engineering design expertise Carbon Saver also advised on the optimal M&E (Mechanical & Electrical building services) for the building. The systems proposed met the needs of the client and the building as well as the most efficient way of complying with the regulations and reducing operating and energy costs.
